You found Stevia leaves. After checking different kinds of sugar reducer in the market, you decided to use it — but you’re unsure how.

To help you with that, here are some tips to kick start your journey with Stevia!

Syrup

You can use dried Stevia leaves to make a sweetener syrup. Use it to sweeten or add extra flavor to beverages, sauces, and other syrups.

First, grind the dried leaves using a coffee or herb grinder. Then add one cup to warm water to 1/4 cup of crushed leaves. Note: Crushing and grinding helps to release the full sweetness of Stevia leaves.

Next, put the mixture into an airtight container then let it sit for 24 hours before straining the leaves. After that, pour it back into the container and store it in your fridge.

Tea Bags

If you’re a tea lover and explored different kinds of tea — you probably haven’t thought of trying Stevia. To make your Stevia teabags, first, grab an empty stringed tea bag, crush your dried Stevia leaves, and put it together with your desired tea ingredients.

Smoothies

When making smoothies, it’s almost limitless. You can use any fruits and vegetables. The same goes with the sweetener you’ll add to it. Try putting few leaves of Stevia while blending and adjust according to your preferred taste.
