Stevia is a good aid for facilitating weight loss and control because it has no calories. But remember that they are no magic bullets that cause weight loss; you should use them in moderation.

Successful weight-loss strategies don’t rely on Stevia alone — you must improve your diet by less calorie intake, getting enough exercise and sleep, and staying motivated.
